Call all hrs today (Saturday) I was called before 8am!! No one is ever on the line so you can call back they just will leave msg

These ppl have literally called me times/day every day for last 2weeks. When i answer half the time they hang up and the other half i can hear noise in the background for at least 30 seconds before someone who doesn't speak english asks me my name...i think they should know who they are calling

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
