Lake Cowichan RCMP says its non-emergency phone number appears to have been spoofed and used to make unsolicited calls. The detachment has received calls from people saying they were called from the number — 250-749-6668 — but when the phone is answered the caller hangs up. No message is left in the event of a missed call. Reported by Frank Torns 604 589 0404

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
