This phone # called me about free money from the US Government. They got my name and phone number from some list they purchased. They informed me that I was awarded $14,8589.00 plus dollars and I had two choices. The first was give them my debit card and they would transfer the funds. I refused. Then the caller said you can buy gift cards because you have to load money on the card to activate it. . Please warn the public. Thanks Chris. I am out $3000.
Did anyone get the $$ they were promised? I paid the taxes to Colorado & now they & state of Colorado owe me the money. Did anyone collect??

This phone calling about free money from the US Government. They got my name and phone number from some list they purchased. They informed me that I was awarded $14,000.00 plus dollars and I two choices. The first was give them my debit card and they would transfer the funds. I refused. Then the caller said you can buy a prepaid card. Prepaid cards cost up to $15.00 because you have to load money on the card to activate it. When the caller called and asked if I had purchased the card. I said no, the merchant that I was trying to purchase card from refused to sell me the card when I told her this story. The caller then mentioned to me that I could purchase a netspend, greendot, or amex card and wouldn't have to put any money on any of those cards. Please warn the public. Thanks Chris

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
