This guy is a liar. He responded to an American Home Shield claim to fix an issue with my dishwasher. He fixed the replaced the broken part but installed a new seal which will not allow the dishwasher door to close. He lied and told American Home Shield that the door was already like that. In 5 years of owning the dishwasher, I never had any issue with it closing until he installed the new seal. He now will not fix it and lied to AHS about it.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
