Received call on cell phone, 252--546-1083. Did not answer .. Who is this?

Received call and answered. Computer message stating that my "credit card" can be lowered to 6% if I speak to an operator. Wouldn't address me by name or even state what credit card provider they are with. Very generic. Hung up.

Received a call from this number just before the dinner hour. Caller ID listed "Survey." Left no message.Based on others' experiences, this is no "survey," but a credit card scam. Going to block the number.Thanks, Everyone, for your info!

often calls my cell phone and never leaves a message

Called and wants to sell me a new Credit Card, starts by saying "There is no problem with your account". This sounds like a scam to me.

One of a rash of recent (about 22) robo/telemarketers on my cell phone. I don't answer them, but they are increasing despite the do not call list, which is obviously worthless. So sick of the invasion and wish I knew how to stop it.
