Lady named Leslie has called my phone several times about a case number BBL169210. Said that I could either pay 300 and close the case or make monthly payments. Said I owed money from an online loan from 2013 that was closed in 2015. She said if I did not chose one of the options that I would go to court. Had rough tone of voice. I said I would call her back. She said ok and that she would be waiting on my call. If she did not hear from me today, charges against me for fraudulent activity would be filed in my county. She said I would be served papers at either my home or work.

They called my in laws asking for my brother. I got their information and called them back and no answer. I have called now 25 times and will keep on doing so.

Recording to threaten to file lawsuits in my county if I do not resolve matters today. Whatever, I have no legal matters. Total fraud!

Called and said they are from the processing department, that there are 2 pending matters. Threatening to come to work or residence if I dont call them back.

Scammers something about case files they’ll file or come to your place of work or blah blah blah call back this is a file number blah blah blah don’t tell you what it’s all about just rattles on almost a threat but not quite

Left a message on my phone and wanted to verify my address,did not say from who or where, they are just trying to harass people

THEY HAVE CALLED IN THE PAST 2 OR 3 TIMES AND NOW THEY CALLED 11-25-13 AT 9:25AM AND ON 11-26-13 AT 9:46AM.
