Call identified as INFO SURVEY. Said can reduce my credit card interest rate. this a final notice 16 calls ago. Once I answered trying to get them to stop calling, but before I could get the sentence out of my mouth they hung up. Now they do not leave a message, just the information on my caller ID. Does anyone know of a sure fire way to get the calls stopped?

Called and left message over my voice mail. Because of these types of calls, we no longer answer our phone!!!Scammers!!!

I do not answer calls where the identity of the caller is not clearly displayed on my answering machine. They are wasting their time.

I have blocked these people and they call from different numbers. I have also explained I am on the DO NOT CALL list and they just hang up. Sick of these callers! There should be something we can do!!!!

BNK CARD RELIEF: 269-224-9029. SCAMMERS wanting to lower credit debt. I DON'T HAVE ANY. They are SCAMMERS with a different number. They have called from other numbers, also. HOW MANY TIMES DO THEY NEED TO BE TOLD I DON'T HAVE ANY and DO NOT CALL HERE?

I received one call everyday from (269) 224-9029 at the same time for several weeks. After ignoring it for weeks I finally selected to be put through and when someone answered I said, "I'm actually not interested in this credit card offer..." with the intention of asking them to remove me from their listing. The man on the other end hung up before I could finish.

Have been getting robo calls from this co., by "Bridget". Before it was "Carmen", but probably same company. Tried to get more info about name of company, but when I asked "tell me more about the "Credit Assistance Program", they hung up on me.So, here's what I am thinking about doing: I am going to try filing suit against the companies that provide the phone number spoofing equipment and add in the called-from spoofed phone numbers as John Does. This is a gray area in the law- but there have been cases where liability was apportioned among an industry because it was impossible to determine the identity of the true defendant. I am going to try it because us 'regular people' have no way to identify the actual callers. If you have been called by "Carmen", "Bridget", "Card Member Services" or "Credit Assistance Program", I'd be very appreciative to know of your details, including how often you've been called and how you've been inconvenienced by the intrusion into your privacy so that I can add the public's stories to the complaint. This is a HUGE problem. The DNCR, our Attorneys General, the FTC etc are NOT doing their jobs at all. Its time we tried something else. robocall on my phone from 269-224-9029 caller ID said "BNK CARD RELIEF" on Thursday 03-23-17 at 1247 PM.another call from the india/hindi card member service SCAMMERS.gave them quite a lot of india/hindi expletives.pretended at first to not understand the expletives and asked who I wasbut they started up with a few of their own and later they hung-up.they called back to my phone from 800-622-7747 caller ID said "TOLL FREE" on Thursday 03-23-17 at 1251 PM,and gave me a few more expletives.
