We got a call from this number today at 7:54 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was ICF INTERNATION. No voicemail message was left. Thanks to all who posted information about this number. It will be added to our call blocker.
Beware! It's a Big Brother data collection behemoth! Once they get their fish hooks into you , you're fried bait! Google them! Don't ever answer them! You'll wish you never did!
Had 7 calls from this number since the beginning of the month. When I answered the first 2 it was a final reminder that my vehicle warranty was expiring - well why do they keep calling to tell me that and also none of my vehicles have been under warranty for a few years now

I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances. Please see my posts of 6 and 10 Dec 2016. They need to revise their robocalling software to eliminate numbers which block their calls.
This place/number calls my home phone every day for over a month now. Never leaves message. Time to get a call blocker.
Caller Id shows ICF International but when I called the number back the recording says it is the Marine Fishery Survey Line. Either way, they are annoying!
We got a call from this number again today at 6:56 pm, and it was gain blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID was still ICF INTERNATION. This is the fourth time they have called. Please see my posts of 6, 10, and 11 Dec 2016. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls), I heard a recording which said I had reached the National Marine Fisheries Services Survey Line at ICF International. Surveys are not covered by the do not call registry. A call blocker is well worth the cost.
They called again today at 5:27 pm, and their call was blocked again. My post of 13 Dec 2016 actually referred to their call on 12 Dec 2016. This is the fifth time they have called. In the technological battle between robocalls and call blockers, the call blocker always wins.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
