Total scammer. Claiming I had a pending court case. Being that I have worked in the legal system for over 20 years I know she is full of crap. How do people even live with themselves calling people to scam them. If she would put half the effort into be an honest human being she could make an honest living.

CALLED MY EMPLOYER. NOTHING BUT SILENCE WHEN WE ANSWERED.
I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
