12/02/2019. They’re back! Received call but they hung up before message machine completed. After reading other comments, suspect it is a telemarketer.
call came in (while I was in the shower) at 2:00 PM- Texas time on 08 Feb 2012- Caller ID 281 324 5800 = unavailable - no message left on machine - phone rang 5 times- search engine shows this telephone # is for Hilditch Finances in Crosby Texas. I have never dealt with these people - and since they apparently ignore the names on the DO NOT CALL list - which I am on- I would never deal with them in the future. Why anyone would want to deal with people who apparently, ether cannot read/understand and/or ignore rules and regulations is beyond me.
Called me by last name.---I asked her if I knew them--she said no----I Blocked--Then hung up.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
