Another of these Chinese message calls. Phone was turned off but these scumbags still left a message. I neither speak, nor understand a syllable of Chinese. Gotta be a SCAM!! Service lookups show the number belongs to Angel Gonzalez, who I doubt is Chinese, so the number is maybe spoofed or recently up for grabs. Blocked the number and reported it to the FTC.
