Spammer answered my return call as "Social Security Administration". I asked a few questions like what's my SSC# which he could not answer. I then told him he was scum and hung up. These clowns are why I have to keep my phone on Do not Disturb and block every one of these idiots.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
