Said same to me, said they were contacting FMCSA, the FMCSA does not do that. They can not take your CDL for a debt, and they did not pay for your license they just rented the truck. Dont worry just scare tactics.

These people called me on several occasions as well. They threaten to take my nursing license. This is from a very old debt that is no longer in statutes of limitation. I have already made contact with an attorney in TX by the name of "Law Offices of Dean Malone" they are going to sue the pants off Sean Williams. Record all your conversations. Called me multiple times, called my friends and parents threatening to take my cdl. They can suck a bag of dicks. I quit at Stevens due to them failing to honor home time. They'll get their cash when I can afford to pay them. Until then they can eat it.

Called said we give ten days,but wanted money the next morning. Made payment arrangements and they never sent info,then threatened my wife with collections. Now just said they were Law and Enforcement calling about an accident and I don't have a accident or have had one for years. Yes dirt bags
