This person said he was a certified notary and someone had died and left me in their will. I asked who the deceased person was and he said he needed to go over the will with me first. Said I wasn't interested and hung up. Isn't this something that should be handled by mail? I've been trying to call the number back but it's always busy.

Dumbass that calls usually from voip numbers. I dont answer voip calls and all numbers I dont recognize I look up for reports. I also use a call blocker app so I wont get repeat calls back from any I block. He sounds like someone from India that does not know how to speak english well at all and of very low intelligence.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
