it's not ATT, this is Birch calling

This has been going on for days to my office number. I dialed the number and got Birch - not a human but the option to leave a message - I did!302-319-5125

set up a new contact on your phone called "no answer" ... then block all calls from that contact. Each time you get a call from a number you do not want to ever get again, just add them to that contact.Done

It is Birch Communications. It was not a robot, but right after I answered they realized I was on the do-not-call list and said I would be removed and hung up on me. Bizarre.

They wanted us to switch from AT&T (30 years with AT&T) to their company, Birch, saying they could save us half.When we declined saying we would stay with AT&T, they YELLED at us. That's a new way to get customers?If it's too good to be true, it probably is - They are Scammers.

We received a call on our office number early this afternoon from this number. As Caller ID said "Private Name" we did not answer. We did not recognize the area code and rarely answer such calls. Anyone with "Unknown" or "Private" on their Caller ID does not deserve to have their calls answered.

I have received too many calls to remember from these people. They ask for the person in charge of the ATT. I have requested multiple times to quit calling me and I have even left a message on their machine to remove my number. I received another call today and ended up having a very heated back-and-forth with a guy who stated I had never asked "him" to remove my number. These people are scum and I hope karma will slap them without mercy.

Call 1-888-772-4724, its the Birch Communications customer support, press 4 to speak with a customer support person. I run a business and its disrupting my store. The man I talked to seemed nice and didn't know what was calling me, but he said he will try to get me off a call list if its on their system. Also the number that continues to call is also 302-319-5125 and an automated voice service, with no one manning the lines for the customer service for that number.

*edit*Kept calling the next day, so didn't work. I'm about to contact the BBB about this.

Guys, these people are not AT&T, they are third party scammers trying to switch you to overpriced third party reseller service. Notice how they never specifically say they are with AT&T. Because they're not! They are ripoff.
