"how are you babe its Jennifer i an going 2 be around Los Angeles for the week we definitely gotta meet up while i'm here let me know when ur available" When I advised that it was the wrong #, the person (probably a guy and not Jennifer) kept going with more lines as though she/she was drunk and still wanted dialogue. An obvious scam meant to trap/con the lonely out of money

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
