I'm with you, Freeman Randall or whomever makes these calls should be arrested for causing so muchstress and annoyance to so many people. How does he get away with this?
This number has called 7 times or so to my house and i havent answered once because this is a delaware telephone number and i dont know who Randall Freeman is.. i want this person or idiots to stop now.
Randall Freeman woke me up at 8;30 a.m.Then again at 9;00 a.m.called again at 10;04then at 10;33 and at 10;54 I finally called the phone company and had his number blocked!We can launch space ships but we can't stop one person from harassing so many people?
We are getting repeated calls from this number and Randall Freeman is showing on my Caller ID.Will have to go in and block it with Comcast. This works on other unwanted nuisance calls.
I recieved a call 3 times today from this number and tried calling back and got the same message that the number is disconnected, very weird...I will report this number to my phone company.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
