me again, just wanted to add that sometimes (though not legal) collection agencies will pose as telemarketers. selling or giving ("all you need to do is pay a small tax or portion") things away, such as cruises or warrenties. the thing is once you give them your information or make a payment they apply it to your debt renewing a debt that may have other wise be too old to legally collect on. be very careful.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
