IW Iam sorry to inform you but the rocky mountain news has been out of buisness for 6 months now. It will be a sad day when you cant even buy a newspaper in Colorado. I guess that is what most of you people would like. Some of these posts really make me sick " you will not have to worry about it in January when they go out of buisness." How can anyone hope for someone to loose there job and not be able to provide for there family. How sad. so keep crying about i got a phone call wah wah wah.invade my privacy wah wah hope you dont get your identity stolen by ordering stuff online.Get a real job.Tell that to the millions of people in this country who cant and are collecting unemployment.Maybe some day you will get promoted from burger flipper and will not be so angry with the world. Is it so hard to answer your phone and simply tell the caller that you are not interested. In closing i would also like to thank all current and future denver post subscribers for supporting the newspaper.

I get calls from this number at least once a day. I don't answer it and they never leave a message.

get a call from them everyday - I just don't know and won't pick up. I did not ask for any promotional items. All these telemarketer need to go and stop harassing others. Leave me alone

They call several times a day and don't leave a message on my cell. Don't know how they got the number but I sure wish it would stop.

This company is responsible for calling past subcribers of the Denver Post to see if you would like to renew. They don't leave messges "because it is an automated sytem and if no contact is made the computer cannot leave a message" When I called I was greated by a rude lady named Lisa. I asked to be put on their do not call list...we'll see if that happens. Even if I wanted to re-subscribe to the DP I wouldn't do it now after being treated poorly by Lisa.

What good does the do not call list do? They call anyway.

Colorado Doesn't need a newspaper anymore> u ever heard of the internet? its great... point and click, search lets stop using paper so liberally as if it generates from my [***]. lets think globally, I'm not a tree-hugger i'm just aware of the fact that trees are becoming more valuable then they used to be. besides, think about how inefficient newspapers actually are: paper, printing, packaging, DELIVERING, reading, Recycling (or in most cases, throwing it in the trash), and then repeating that cycle everyday! its a dead tradition, so what if those jagaloons lose their jobs, if they're smart, it won't take 'em long to come up with a new idea to make money. its a thought worth thinking buddy, lets cut the fat from our country and expose the real muscle of the US of A. (ie: people like ME :)

Have rceived over 100 calls from these people in past month as early as 6 am and as late as 11:30 pm. I just called and they answered El Paso Times. I cancelled that subscription over a year ago and refuse to take it again. Told the person who answered that I wanted to be taken off theeir list and he wanted my number....... told him to look at his call answering because it is obvious he knew where I was calling from and that I have a list of the calls (I do) to my # and times of calls and would be turning it over to the AG of TX if I get any more calls. They are obviously trying to sell supscriptions to a number of newspapers and when they see your call back they can read your number so know how to answer!

been getting 2-3 calls daily, no message left. finally called number on 10-16-09 they answered Sullivan Promotions. I asked them to remove my number from the system, the woman was very polite and said she would remove it. I'll see if it actually happens.
