It is Carnival.....took 2 cruises with them, the last one almost 3 years ago. One of their Cruise Planners called from this number couple of months ago, asked me how my cruise, I was trying t0 be polite so I said it was fine, but also said I was not planning on taking another cruise at the moment. Now the calls and e-mails continue on a bi-weekly rate and I just don't pick up. If I get another e-mail I will be more direct with him and tell him in no uncertain terms, that I will never take a Carnival cruise again. FYI We have switched to Celebrity and they know how to treat their passengers right!!!
I got a call from this number. During the call I figured out it was not Carnival. I had expected an email from them but got this call instead. She asked for my wife. I told her my wife passed away and how I wanted to remove her name from the emails I get from Carnival. Then she told me that she was sorry about that and we continued to talk. I told her I didn't want to see the emails with her name on them. Then she asked me if we broke up. I told her a second time that no she passed away. She repeated the same sentence about being sorry. And we talked on. The next time she asked me if we broke up and I told her my wife had passed away I realized I wasn't talking to a person. It was just a machine gathering information.
Sent an email asking for some cruise info. Guess they still have my info since I've cruised before. Now this guys calls me ALL THE TIME. I never respond, yet they keep calling!
Very garbled message like he was b.s.-ing with someone when i answered and he asked for my wife by name. I said "this is her husband" he mumbled something and then hung up. Our phones are in my wife's name but i have never given my number to Carnival unless she did when we went on a cruise or something.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
