I sail with Carnival and never had any if the problems y'all are talking about. They did call me but I'm sailing tomorrow so it might've been to offer me an upgrade. Unfortunately I wasn't able to answer and they did not leave a message.
They call every time I open their website. Usually after they have sent me an email and I look at it. They left a pleasant message. I am choosing to block the number until I actually want to take another cruise.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
