I agree with everything you said. I never answered the phone calls and they filed a judgement against me and they put a lien on my home. I didnt think a bank could put a lien on my house ( which they don't hold the mortgage) it was also an unsecured line of credit. Do you know if they can do that? I live in saskatchewan.

was it a collection agency or the bank ? a collection agency can't get a judgment . but a financial agency can get one and they can put a lien on your belongings like house, motor vehicle ,or property

THIS IS A SCAM! Left a message from "Canada Revenue" - alleged a lawsuit for tax fraud and that they haven't been able to reach me for 6 months. But how could they call me so easily then? I've also been in contact with Canada Revenue several times over the past 2 months. Not even a person, just a really bad robot voice messae. Completely fake and I'll be reporting to RCMP.
