This number is calling EVERY DAY Once in the early morning, and once in the evening about 8 pm, this has been going on for a week now. It is more than annoying. My other half has a broken ankle and tries to get to the phone on time. Then there is no one there. Now we just dont't bother answering the phone. Btw these calls come in on Saturday and Sundays too. WHY is it, no one can do anything about these type of callers. Oh, and by the way, the Do Not Call List Does Not Work, its just a joke. Been on it for years, hasn't helped one bit.

Just recently started calling in the last 4 days. They just let it ring once and hang up! I thought it must be some child prank calling.

As far as any actual legit telemarketers are concerned ... it DOES work!Unfortunately, collection agencies are exempt! Whether you owe any debt or not, whether they are agencies that comply with FDCPA and FCRA laws or not (latter being like these bottom feeding scum) ... they can still call!!!Best thing to do us send a certified cease and desist letter and even, if necessary (meaning they don't stop calling) find an attorney that handles such filth and pursue them!

I have been receiving calls from I C System Inc. for quite some time now from 307-316-7521. Early morning and as late as 8pm EST.I have answered only to have a recorded message of please stay on the line for an important message, blah blah, blah. I am not certain how they are getting away with the harassing techniques they use, nor how it's benefiting them, due to the many numbers and people they call, but leave no message or even answer when their calls are picked up! I feel if they continue to disturb people at insensitive times, they should have to pay a huge fine for even making a call before normal business hours. They are acting like prank callers! Even if they had a legitimate reason to call someone in debt., it shouldn't be conducted in this manner!I'm happy I was able to read the posts here about these army of dials and will not ever pick up again. If the FCC/BBB/FTC, Attorney General's/ Lawyers etc. are reading this, DO SOMETHING! The public is sick and tired of this Company conducting themselves in this shady manner! Perhaps we can rally together to drive them out of business!

they keep calling all times of the day or night ,If it is a debt collocter then they need to send a letter in mail not over my cell I do not answer calls from unknown numbers

This number calls everyday...I don't bother answering my phone for in state or out of state numbers that I don't know. Call all you'd like, all you're gonna get is a hang up.
