They called me on 5-10-23 & the next day as well. 1st call, they left a message, Cher, that they wanted me to return the survey that they sent to me, however, my land has no address. I'd have to go to the County Court House to sign up with the United States to do so, but Fed Ex and UPS can deliver there, but Uncle Sam can't. Now comes the question - " How could they have delivered it to my address?" I'm not a farmer either and the United States has no jurisdiction on my land.

The area code is Wyoming (but Hawaii could be using a 3rd party to follow up on data). My cell phone is from Texas. However, I live in Wyoming now and I did own a farm in Hawaii so I cannot say it is a scam yet. Just very weird.
It's an agricultural data collection center. They call on behalf of USDA, National Agricultural Statistic Service, and State Departments of Agriculture. Not a scam at all. Good people doing a job.
We are a farm in Hawaii. Caller wanted to know about our tillage equipment. Kept asking if we wanted to buy more----sounded like a sales pitch.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
