They claimed to be with a licensed home repair business but when I asked for their license number they didn't have it. Not able to block the number in AT&T because of the 131.
11:09 am 2-1-15 - yet another call from these crooks. Less than a minute prior was a call from "Private Caller". Coincidence? I think not.

The caller, California ( displayed as ID on our phone ), used 310-131-8583 to call us for3rd time @ 10:38 A. M again. I opted not to answer, so the person doesn't get credit or credit from employer his or her . It is a spoofed number.It also uses 210-154-8595, 310-125-4131, 310-178-9461, to call us before. I all reported to www.donotcall.gov & www.fcc.gov/complaints I don't know it was not fined for $100.000.00 -$200.000.00.Caller : California ( ? ).
