Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer. No voice mail and from reading everyone's feedback, I'll just block the number :)

Are you getting these calls on a cell phone? Even if it's not a smartphone, there might be a way to sort of block it if the phone allows you to add customized ringtones. I once downloaded a silent ringtone from somewhere. It's basically a .wav file of silence. If you can't find it, one can easily be made. Add the offending number to your phone book and use the silent file as its ringtone. If they call again, you won't hear it ring and eventually voicemail will pick up. If they don't leave a message, you won't know they called unless you check your call logs. When I add a number to my call block list, that's pretty much what happens on my Galaxy S3. If they don't leave a voicemail, and usually they don't, I don't know they called until I check the call logs.

Don't know who it is, but when I answered all they spoke was Spanish. I don't speak Spanish so I can't tell you who they are or what they want. Won't be calling the number back either.
