Caller ID said they were from Gardena, California. No message, so I blocked the number.
got a call. I answered and said hello and they hanged up. Call back it said line busy. Called again and after 30secs it said mailbox was full
I thought I was on the no call list for this type of call. I will not answer the call unless I know the number.
