This number kept calling me at all times of the night i tried to call back and it says not a working number 10 minutes later they called back and I answered but the hung up they called me and my moms phone right after each other
This number started calling at 12:01 AM on March 10, 2017Called again at 12:46 AM. No message. Just a hang-up.

Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
