I have set up a payment agreement with them. And they keep calling me even though I have been paying them every month. I called them back at the number that is in the latter. They told me it’s by mistake. I don’t Believe that. I feel they just want to make sure you don’t forget to pay. They send you a payment remember in the mail.
The reverse phone look up says that it's a Fraud Debt Collector. I don't answer my phone with numbers I don't know. They call my landline and my cell. I have a blocking app on my cell. They have called me 10 times back to back in one day. They never leave a message. They call almost every other day this same way. I have filed complaints with the FTC.
I constantly receive calls from the organization associated with this number, along with other numbers. They never leave a message and they all at all times of the day.
Confusing...if this is a debt collector they’re calling a wrong number. I don’t have any delinquent accounts. Block block block
I know these clowns all too well. They have been harassing me for years. I've even received phone calls from them at 3:00 am. This debt is "older than the hills", and unfortunately I spoke to them after I had filed for bankruptcy, agreeing that I did owe the amount to the (original creditor), but by no means what they were asking for. Anyway, fast forward a billion years, and these so "zombie Collectors", as someone so eloquently named them, are hounding me at all hours of the day and night (from dozens of numbers), even bumping up the frequency of their calls. You would think by now someone would have shut them down, since they obviously don't care to follow established law. If I had the money to hire a lawyer, and take them out of business I would love to do it. I think a "class-action lawsuit", that would pay back all the people they've harassed over the years would be the perfect storm they deserve. A petition to abolish them, and the likes of their type, would be another great form of justice against them.
