This number came up as MGA PLUMBING on Hiya (the app that I have on my phone to screen calls & block unwanted numbers).I recognized the number as one of Portfolio Recoverys, so it is now blocked under my carrier and my app. I think they have ways of making it look like they are calling from numbers that they don't own, which I believe is illegal. If not, it should be!
