It's a fake company name from a telemarketing company making illegal robocalls.

Did not answer, no message left. I am on the do not call list but have received several hang-up calls lately. How annoying!

I just got a call from this number too. I'm on the east coast. Don't know anyone in chicago area. If anyone finds out who or what this is please tell me. Thanks

Just got a call from this number on my cell saying it wasn't a sales call... I hung up.

Pd. $119.78 fpr a cruise with these people. Now I cannot get ahold of them. I would like to report them to the BBB and have my money refunded.

These scammers are making illegal telemarketing robocalls and are spoofing the phone number that we see (they aren't really in Chicago). They are hiding behind a fake company name and a survey. They want you to give them your credit card number to pay for some small fees associated with a "free" cruise that you supposedly just won. What they don't tell you is that those fees add up as they try to up-sell you on other big-ticket items and that your money is not refundable!Do not fall for this scam! Hang up, add them to your phone's address book under SCAM (but be aware they are calling from a lot of different phone numbers), and immediately report them to www.donotcall.gov.P.S. The company name that they use (ESG Research) is very similar to a couple of real companies whose business is being hurt by these crooks.
