Mr. Davis tried to verify my identity using my name, email and social security to which he rattled off the ENTIRE SS# which is illegal. Considering that it was not my SS#. Mr. Davis would not verify company information when I requested it. Total Scam.

Received a call from a Mr Davis regarding a fraud charge attached to this number and I've failed to return any response to the mail sent to me! Never happened, no mail sent and I won't be calling a scammer back!

Received message from the famous mr.davis I called the number what a coincidence he just stepped out I spoke with someone else confronted him described the law and my rights and he hung up on me!! He's a scammer!!

Funny I got a call from Mr Davis when I called back talked to a lady telling me I owed money to fast cash which I never did...telling me I'm going to be charged with fraud and I never got a certified letter they said I signed for 2 weeks ago when I have a po box and I would be the only one signing for any thing..and when I ask for a number to call the place where I supposedly got the money from there is,a,no contact order..the number was 3128780281...and they have so much of my info..pretty scarey

Ditto, I was worried at first as it said the call is from Fraud Division. I called back and investigator Stevens looked into my case. He informed me of my debt that was not settled due to account closure. (wink, wink) I was hoping no one ever call me about this and it did go unnoticed until today. Stevens said he wanted my statement for not making the payment and I told him I lost my job at the time so could not make a payment. He took that as a statement and negotiated with the creditors to get me a payment plan. Luckily this was not on my credit report and SP Legal was able to confirm that my credit score will not be impacted. IMO, their call approach is strange; however, these guys are legit. I was able to get a relief from my debt.

I got a message from Mr. D. of the Fraud Division. Supposedly I had gotten something in the mail and neither me or my attorney replied so I was to call them and talk to one of their investigators. Same old scam...Sounds legal in nature, no name of company, trying to scare a person into calling back so they can get money out of you for a bogus "debt". I did not call back.
