received call on my cell phone -- didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I called it back from another phone and got a fast busy signal

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
