This was my number tim knott bought for me an hes takin it away from me more then ive had it .. Hes doin weird things between phone lines an im just letting it be known its NOT Tara whos got that phone an ive not had it in months! I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
