Got call today . ID says express scripts. Caller asked me to confirm my zip code. I refused and told her she should have that info. She then said she could not verify me so she could not provide benefits. I hung up. I do not give out zip code, shoe size, or whatever to anyone...suspicious call nonetheless

Obviously some type of scam number. I always assume if it's important, they'll leave a message. I also received a call with no message from this number. I will not be returning the call.
I received a call from this number as well. Called them back and it's ExpresScripts online pharmacy associated with my company's benefits. Hope this helps.
This is a scam. They do fish for information and will not be compliant with you.. I called them back and asked why they were calling and they fell apart. Not able to answer my questions as I do not have a prescription with them and they were asking for my ss etc. May be targeting elderly to get info about a medication they might have tried to fill elswhere.
This number calls me everyday for months at a time. If I block it, it comes in as a different one, I’m assuming it’s because I was looking for insurance about a year ago. Sure wish companies would stop spamming my info out to beggars.
Yep. This is express scripts but don't know why they're calling me. I'm not on an auto fill prescription account with them even though they're my company's prescription covererage.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
