they're scammers. the number is from Alexandria bay, NY but i called the number from a secure phone that i tapped for geolcation and recording. i found that they're actually in Ashburn, VA. a 45 year old chinese male (name will not be released) has been doing this for 5 years undetected until now. DO NOT answer the number
