I made the mistake of trying to shop for a better insurance rates after a recent auto theft and I do believe that they SOLD MY INFO immediately after I answers a questions at American Family. Ins. The agent in Greenfield said that in order for Am Fame Ins to give me an accurate and and actual Quote, need all drivers on policy license #, DOB, SSN, and current zip coders for basis of a binding quote. Otherwise the price quoted is just an estimate, Clearly Say INS QUOTE, is not a Binder without this info. Now, I am getting Calls from Everywhere on Gods green earth and there have bee 6 Credit Reports Ran on me. I even went into myAtt app to add called ID/caller id Unblock ATT call Protect Plus for 3.99 mo click update acct and save.... WE ARE SORRY WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THUS TIME. THERE HAS BEEN A BLOCK AD PURCHASE LOCK PLACED ON YOUR ACCT . PLEASE CALL CUSTOER CARE FOR FURTHER DETAILS. wt??? I HAVE BEEN WITH ATT for almost 30 years and have had this # and acct for close to 19 years now. I have Never had any Blocks on my acct before. I spent 5 and a half hors on CHAT connected and holding for 4.25 in total and the last thing that Lyka said to me before the 4 hr silence and 5 unanswered messages later I hung-up, but his last word okay, let me explain what is going on" "on moment please" I said oh boy, I am really scared now, This oughta be Good... taking wwaayyy too long to be good. Not a peep more.. I REALLY MESS UP I FEAR. And now I cannot even charge $3.99 on CREDIT?? Not A Good Thing and I Fear what's to come. e careful BeWare who you give you info to. I known I Really Screwed up Now... I cannot put 3.99 on CREDIT. NOT COOL AT ALL!!

I called them back after they called me 3 times today with no voicemails. The woman immediatly answered with my first name. Then I asked why the they called so much and she said it was because I was looking for car insurance. I just hung up then xD

wanted to talk to me, of course not home wich tell them on a do not call list to start with, so she not home when will be a good time to call her ? my response if you are selling something she does not want to hear it and hung up

Also called me 3 times in a row without leaving a message.
