I did publish with iUniverse 16 years ago. They have been calling me lately to offer me a discount, but I have plenty, bought a box of them over the past year so I could sell them cheaper/ask for a donation for the Alzheimer's Association. (My book is about Alzheimer's and my mother, is called Waiting for the Morning--btw, it's available on Amazon and I will make sure all royalties go to the Alzheimer's Association).

I tried to publish a book a few months ago through their website and ended up deciding it was too expensive. They called me four times in the span of five minutes and when they called me a sixth time I answered because I wasn't sure who it was and it was getting annoying. A women answer and claimed to be a publishing company called Xlibris. I immediately assumed it was a scam, why wouldn't it be? And told her I wasn't interested. This number has continued to call me and I answered again today. It was a man this time and he kept flirting with me and telling me "I must be beautiful" and "I have an amazing voice" and "I can't wait to work with you". I told him multiple times NO and he kept pestering. Then I told him I was underage and I didn't have a credit card and he hung up on me. Hopefully that solved the problem.

I received FOUR calls in a row from this number. No voice mail message was left. I consider this harassment and demand that the caller cease immediately.

I got a voice mail from this number and it sounded like something straight out of the show supernatural

Other than the irritating phone calls his was your experience using them as your publisher

Please do something other than recieve imformation about the nut cases who annoy decent citizens on a regular basis.
