Got a Robo Call from this number on my cell phone. Had to say Hello 3 times. I am reporting them. I did not give permission to call my cell phone. They will be fined.
This is FCI, they handle collections for The Cleveland Clinic. Just spoke to them about an old bill that got caught in an insurance gap.
