Wellness coach, BUT, they don't seem to get the message when you tell them call after work hours. It's irritating in that respect.
As far as I am concerned: spam. I did not sign up for a wellness coach, I do not have an employer, so it is not part of any corporate program I belong to. I will not be calling them back (888 796 0790). It sounds like I will have the “pleasure" of getting regular messages from this. Oh, joy.
This is a service offered by employers and health plans. Some employers/plans include spouses and dependents in their wellness program. You likely took an online health assessment or participated in a biometric screening, which are the the most common ways for someone to be enrolled in WebMD coaching.The coaches are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you reach your health goals (whatever they may be). But if you don't want this service, just answer the phone and tell the coach you are not interested in the program. They will not take it personal and you will stop receiving calls. Easy as that.
