Robot call. Acting like you are talking to a real person. Some fake Travel service asking for a credit card.
Said I had stayed at one of the resorts and now I won a 3 day / 2 night stay ... I hung up. Enough of this nonsense.
Scammers are getting sneaky, using a robot that makes you think it's a real person, saying you "won" a trip. Too bad the robot doesnt understand what "now blocked" means!
rec'd call from 323-316-2264. they left no message. information states the possible owner of phone number 323-316-2264 is:UNAVAILABLE. This number has been reported. blocked number.
I've been getting a lot of unwanted calls from multiple numbers and when I answer, they usually ask for someone named Lauren White (guessing it's made up) and when asking for her, they're saying that she won a prize or some nonsense. I'm almost certain this number +1 (323) 316-2264 are the same scammers but the phone that just occurred moments ago was a very energetic, real life woman telling me that there's a program that eliminates student debt and if I would like to hear more. I told her that I'm not a student nor am I in debt and she just kept insisting that there's a small timeframe and if I would like to hear more. I told her multiple times and then got to the point of saying (once again) to not call me. But they keep doing it so now I'm at the phase to report it every time. Hope this helps!
I believe it's the i3 Group. They call my landline constantly, with the caller ID saying Ceannate Corp., from various spoofed numbers, and my cellphone just now from this number. They are supposedly a student loan collection company associated with the U. of Phoenix and Keiser U. I have no student debt and never attended either of these schools and I doubt this company is out to assist anyone but themselves.
