Called i missed it no message left. Another trash phone call. The phone companies could put a stop to this crap this minute if they wanted to but they choose not to.

I answered because it doesn't matter if I answer or not. She knew my name which is creepy. I asked if she was working for National Renewable Energy Center and If Jess Guerra hired her. She said the company she works for does have a solar affiliate but she was calling for something else. I kept talking over her asking If she worked for Pat Detchman or David Malka or Ken Paulos or Rom Levitzky. I asked if she was affiliated with A1 Solar. She hung up on me? Whatever! This company is out of Van Nuys. We all need to go to their place of business and stage a rally for the people who live in California. Their going to keep illegally calling us no matter what, so we might as well freak them out. I think someone should write a horror movie about a Telemarking company who calls the wrong person and that person finds them and hunts them down one by one. It could be a phycological thriller. Move over Freddie!

Something about saving money on my electric bill, but it was hard to understand her thick Philippines accent with all the call-center boiler room noise in the background. They are probably offshore and spoofing the Los Angeles phone number.

An unwanted call from this invalid (spoofed) number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, a female voice said "Hello" three times (with boiler room noise in the background), then hung up. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often spoofed the numbers they're calling from to cover their tracks while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.Posters report this is a scam solar energy contractor. Whether it's solar energy, credit cards, vacation giveaways, computer repairs, or the IRS, a scam is a scam is a scam (with apologies to a famous 20th century poet). LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE SCAM CALLS.

Spoofed/junk call. Didn't answer (I NEVER answer calls from unfamiliar numbers). Blocked this number.

I turned off my ringer years ago and muted my answering machine. All I see is a blinking CID light at the end of the day. I only use the phone for outgoing calls and for a verification of residence with banks and such. When someone leaves a message, I can play it back - no problem being annoyed.My other phone is not known by anybody, so no scam calls.I feel sorry for the company who bought my non ringing number and for those poor minimum wage telemarketers who waste their life away trying to get leads.
