325-268-5820 LVM and asked to call that number back. I used fake name and the man told me he was an officer and federal agent, he explained that my car was found in Texas with blood in it and I was a suspect in murder, bank fraud, and money laundering. Asked for further identifying info to "Clear my name"

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
