Started receiving calls from this number today. They never leave a message so I tried calling back and it's constantly busy.
Today, 15 January 2015, Thursday, I received two (2) calls from this number. One call was made at 2:58 PM and the second call was made at 4:22 PM. I have never seen this number before today. I have no relatives in Illinois. It is Income Tax time and these calls started around the first week of January 2015. It is a pattern with these people; when Tax Season comes and the month of October comes (when I was receiving my annuity from the U.S. Navy) these strange and annoying calls come. I am forwarding a compliant to the State of Illinois Attorney General for harassment.
