I know random calls like this are used to remote detonate bombs in urban areas.I am seriously concerned for public safety.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
