The person attached to this number is a woman named Jessica she is a sails person for the company Cloudy and was a fantastic help to me.
Probably Criminals, they shorten their message and answer yes in your name, trying ti you voice recognition software, do not reply, block and call Kaiser yourself, take no prisoners when it comes to criminals.
Called twice saying it was 'Kaiser Permanente' - just seemed fishy that they were asking for personal information to complete my profile, since my records are up to date. Plus, I'm not necessarily a new member. I don't trust it.

Multiple calls, no message, no one at the other end. Harassment, possibly fraud attempt. I got the police involved and will go further. They will change numbers and continue. This is a mass fraud attempt, authorities should intervene.
