eBay scammer currently under the username "qumcc-30." They claimed that they sent a payment to a PayPal address that was deactivated a long time ago and has never been connected to my eBay account. They claimed that a payment was made and insisted that I provide proof of shipping and PayPal for verification and 'after' the verification of this non-existent account that my account would be 'credited.'
