This number calls about the same time several times a week around 9am eastern time... Sorry I'm asleep at that time.. I have a saved message that I owe back taxes, Message go's on to say they will take any measure to collect the money I owe... The call is a SCAM

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
