Legitimate health survey. I was asked to take part in a survey but was a little hesitant. The woman that I spoke with said it helps Nebraska get Federal funding, and helps divert fund to needy health programs. The survey is conducted by the University of Nebraska's Bureau of Sociological Reshearch on behalf of the Nebraska Department of Health, it's a national survey done through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. She me gave web sites and a toll free number to call. www.dhhs.ne.gov/brfss , www.cdc.gov.brfss , and www.bosr.unl.edu .

Claims to be department of health and human services doing surveys in my state... I call BS

Very simple to beat then at their own game. I just forward my number to the UNMC. Magically the calls stopped

402 471 1671 calls sevral times per day - no one is there on the line we receive these calls many times a day at all types of hours. Anyone know how to get them to stop calling? Usually i say take me off your list but on one is there...

Caller ID is only provided from phone company records if the calling number does not provide CID information. Virtually all company phone switches are capable of spoofing CID. Spoofers are also available for home lines.

getting calls from this number.. supposedly from the dept of health? don't know who they are calling, asking my name instead. If they don't know who they are calling, I won't talk to them.

They call me every day. Usually it is when I am trying to put my almost two year old to bed.
