I keep getting calls from this 1-406-530-5038. It is an guy, automated voice, saying he wants to give me a wireless home security system. Wish whomever this is would just quit calling and give up already. It's getting very annoying. Not sure how they got my number. If anyone knows who this is and how to file a complaint let me know. It needs to stop already. Getting very frustrated.
I just got a call from this number 20 minutes ago. I Googled the area code and it came out as Laurel, MT
It does no good to complain to the FTC or BBB they just ignore it. as long as you are on the do not call list you can sue them for $500.00 per or triple damages if it is willfull call since they are a telemarketer. They say you opted in from a internet search how are they going to prove it, they don't have your signature to prove it. Just make sure you don't check anything when you search or visit a web site. If we all start suing these people it will put them out of business fast. Remember it cost them about $5000.00 for a lawyer per suit filed, and you can represent yourself pro se ( non lawyer ) only cost is filing fee or free if you can't afford it, you just need to file papers with court to approve.
I just posted a message 13 minutes ago. I am going to take my information to the local police as I now suspect the information they get may be for a crime ring!
